A bit about Mollie Byrd:

Mollie was born, in the year of Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley, to Mack + Lisa Byrd—she was their first daughter + her daddy’s best buddy. She grew up in Slocomb, Alabama, in a house she still dreams about—a peaceful place in the Alabama countryside, where she rode her bike down the long stretches of dirt road, especially to her grandparents’ house a mile or so away.

Growing up, Mollie played city-league, slow-pitch softball—as a pitcher—and Mack was her coach. Mollie attended The Aveda Institute + is currently attending Troy University to receive her BS in Psychology. She is also a licensed massage therapist + trained esthetician.

Some similarities between Mollie + Mack: their senses of humor + loud laughs; their ability to tan despite being fair-skinned; an affinity for deviled eggs; highly sensitive, sarcastic, and stubborn; big hearts; naturally red/strawberry hair

Mollie currently lives in Dothan, Alabama, with her senior dog, Potato. In addition to co-owning Mack’s BBQ Sauce, she works as a Sr. Member Experience Coordinator for Seed + is a freelance copy writer/editor. Some of her interests include podcasts, travel, logic puzzles, psychology, coffee, animals, child-free adulting, and learning French.
